The CL-2S-E is a smoke detection alarm module capable of detecting smoke, temperature and humidity in spaces such as bedrooms, staircases, and corridors. When smoke is detected, the alarm sounds to indicate a potential fire, allowing immediate awareness of the fire’s location and direction of escape. Installing fire alarms provides crucial alerts during emergencies, helping to avoid missing escape opportunities due to sleep, etc. The device is highly suitable for use in apartments, standalone homes, and factories.

The CL-2S-E features an anti-false alarm design using a 0.5mm stainless steel insect mesh, effectively preventing insects from entering and reducing the likelihood of false alarms. The stainless steel mesh also provides excellent static discharge properties in various environments.

The CL-2S-E is a smoke detector and alarm that utilizes advanced photoelectric technology. Light emitted from the transmitting chamber strikes the smoke particles causing the light to scatter. When the receiving chamber detects this scattered light and the smoke concentration reaches the preset alarm level, the device immediately triggers the alarm and reports back to the fire alarm control panel. When connected to the same LAN as the smoke monitoring module, users can remotely access real-time data from the CS-2S-E using the free Windows software at anytime and anywhere. The CL-2S-E smoke monitoring module supports various communication interfaces, including RS-485, Ethernet and PoE, allowing seamless integration into existing HMI or SCADA systems and easy maintenance within distributed control systems.

The iAir Utility is a powerful tool that is designed for configuring the modules, monitoring real-time data, grouping CL-2S-E modules to view and manage the status of distribution groups, downloading log data, which can be exported to a CSV fi le that can then be imported into any industry-standard software or spreadsheet for analysis.
