Sự khác biệt giữa Line Drive và Open Collector?
Sự khác biệt giữa Line Drive và Open Collector?
Q: What is the difference between Line Drive and Open Collector types for CIMON PLC?
A: Line Drive and Open Collector types become different according to the input and output signal method of an Encoder.
[Line Drive]
– Use only 5V.
– Use 4-wire circuit and is resistant to external noise.
– Widely used for AC servo motors due to the use of high frequency band.
– Use +, – balanced signal and is able to do high speed control.
– Less restrictions on the wiring distance between amplifier and encoder.
[Open Collector]
– Use different voltage from 5 to 24V.
– Input method is single signal.
– Commonly used for relatively low-speed stepping motors
Line Drive | Open Collector |
CM1-HS02E – 2 Channels of High Speed Counter – Maximum count: 250,000 PPS – Line Drive Input |
CM1-HS02C – 2 Channels of High Speed Counter – Maximum count: 200,000 PPS – PNP Open Collector |
CM1-PS02A – 2 Axis of Positioning Control – Max. pulse output: 1,000,000 PPS – Line Driver Pulse Output |
CM1-HS02F – 2 Channels of High Speed Counter – Maximum count: 200,000 PPS – NPN Open Collector |
CM3-PLC-S CPU – 2 Channels of High Speed Counter – Max. Counting Speed: 16,000 PPS – Open Collector (Built-in HSC) – 2 Axis of Positioning and Speed Control – Max. pulse output: 100,000 PPS – NPN Open Collector (Built-in Positioning) |
