Part 13. Phần mềm SCADA Cimon Ultimate Access - OPC Server

CIMON-SCADA hỗ trợ máy chủ sử dụng giao diện chuẩn của OPC (OLE for Processing Control). Khi nhiều thiết bị trao đổi dữ liệu trong hệ thống CIMON-SCADA, người dùng có thể sử dụng OPC Server thay vì đăng ký trình điều khiển truyền thông riêng lẻ. Người dùng cũng có thể đọc hoặc ghi dữ liệu của CIMON-SCADA bằng chương trình máy khách bên ngoài

Chức năng OPC Server chỉ khả dụng khi  key-lock có tùy chọn FULL/DS được mua.

1 Configuration of OPC Server

(1) Changing the User Account Control: Registry Editor

a) Press Windows + R key to open “Run” window. Enter “regedit” and press [OK]

b) In the [Registry Editor], move to the directory as shown below.

c) Double-click “EnableLUA” and set “Value Data” as 0. Save the changes and reboot your PC

2) Changing the User Account Control : Control Panel

a) Go to [Control Panel] – [User Accounts]

b) Select [Change User Account Control Settings] and set the control level at ‘Never Notify’ then press [OK]

c) Save the configuration and reboot your computer.

(3) Creating a User Account

For the proper operation of OPC Server, both Server and Client PC have to be logged in with same username and password. If the same user account does not exist, create a new account according to your Windows OS.

(4) Installing OPC Core Component Program

Move to the CIMON-SCADA installed folder and find ‘OpcSvr’ folder. In the ‘OpcSvr’ folder, execute the “setup.exe”.

(5) Registration of OPC Server in the Windows

Run “RegOpc.bat” file as administrator to register the OPC Server Program to the Windows.

(6) Setting DCOM

a) Press Windows + R key to open “Run” window. Enter “dcomcnfg” and press [OK]

b) Select [Component Services] – [Computers] – [My Computer]. Then right-click on [My Computer] and select [Properties].

c) In the [Options] tab, select the “Check local store when choosing partition for user” option

d) In the [Default Properties] tab, select the “Enable Distributed COM on this computer” option.

e) In the [MSDTC] tab, select “Use local coordinator” option

f) In the [COM Security] tab, press [Edit Limits] button in the ‘Access Permissions’ field to bring up the [Access Permission] window.

g) In the [Access Permission] window, press [Add] button to bring up the [Select Users or Groups] dialog box. Then select the [Advanced] button

h) Select [Find Now] button. Then select the user account for OPC, “Administrator”, “Administrators”, “Anonymous Logon”, “Everyone”, “Interactive”, “Network” and “System”. Then press [OK] to add items to the list

i) In the [Access Permission] window, set the permission of the added accounts in h), as ‘Allow’.

j) Repeat f)~i) at the [COM Security] – [Access Permissions] – [Edit Default], [COM Security] – [Launch and Activation Permissions] – [Edit Limits] and [Edit Default]

k) After the setup, close the windows and select [Component Services] – [Computers] – [My Computer]. Right-click on “OpcEnum” and press [Properties].

l) In the [General] tab, set [Authentication Level] as “None”

m) In the [Security] tab, select “Use Default” option in the “Launch and Activation Permissions” and “Access Permissions” field.

n) In the [Identity] tab, select “The interactive user” and press [OK].

o) Find “CIMON.CmHOPCSvr” and repeat k)~n).

p) Select [Services] and find [Remote Registry]. Right-click on the icon and select [Properties].

q) In the [General] tab, set [Startup type] as “Automatic” then press [Start]

(7) Firewall Setup

a) Go to [Control Panel] – [System and Security] – [Windows Defender Firewall]. Then,
click [Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall].

b) Press [Change Settings] and [Allow another app]. On [Add an app] window, click [Browse] and add following two programs

C:\Windows\System32\OpcEnum.exe
(If you are using 64bit Windows,
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\OpcEnum.exe)
 [CIMON-SCADA-installed path]\CmHOpcSvr.exe
(Default : C:\CIMON\SCADA 3.90\CmHOpcSvr.exe)

c) Go to [Advanced settings].

d) Go to [Inbound Rules] – [New Rule].

e) In the [New Inbound Rule Wizard], select “Port” and press [Next]

f) Select “TCP”, “Specific local ports” and input “135-139” as shown below.

g) Select “Allow the connection”.

h) Select “Domain”, “Private” and “Public”.

i) Enter the name and finish the wizard.

8) Scan Time and “opccfg.dat” File Setup

The default scan time of CIMON-SCADA OPC Server is 1 second. To change the scan time, create an “opccfg.dat” file with Notepad, in CIMON-SCADA installed path. Then, enter the content as shown below.

Then the scan time will be 100 msec. You can also configure the OPC Server with the “opccfg.dat” file

  MaxClt Sets maximum client and logs when the number exceeds. Max. client access number.
Log Option General Decides whether to create a log file. Log file is stored in
“D:\OPCLog” folder in format of “YYYY-MM-DD.txt”.
0: Do not create a log file
1: Create a log file.

CltAccess = Logs data when client stops writing on server’s item and stops the server automatically.
OnlyChange = Transmits the changed data only.
MaxClt = When the number of clients exceeds 2, the system logs the state.

General = Stores the log file in “D:\OPCLog” as “YYYY
MM-DD.txt”.
